Job description, powers and responsibilities
- Driving a heavy goods vehicle within the EU and outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland)
- Safe, responsible and economical driving in accordance with applicable legislation
- Routine communication with the dispatcher during transport
- Securing the load against movement, checking fastening
- Receiving and handing over accompanying documentation for the load
- Basic technical inspection of the vehicle before driving (lights, fluids, tyres)
