Detailed Warehouse Specifications:
The warehouse is divided into 5 sections (each approximately 290 m² plus a 350 m² handling area). It features temperature control capabilities, an insulated ceiling with perimeter cladding, three loading ramps for seamless loading and unloading, and a gate for direct truck access. Additional equipment includes 220V + 380V electrical connection, lighting, and a high-quality industrial floor that ensures the safety of your stored commodities. A major advantage is the option to rent office space or use social facilities (WC, kitchenette, shower). For specific cargo handling, motorized forklifts with a capacity of up to 8,000 kg and handling equipment (manual pallet trucks and electric) are available.
